How do I know if you will take my dental insurance?

We are more than happy to complete a free review of your dental insurance! If you take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and email it to along with your name, Date Of Birth (DOB) and the Subscriber's name and Date of Birth (DOB), we will be able to call on it and give you a written summary within 1-2 business days.

We will be able to give you coverage information on different services as well as estimate benefits for your first appointment. If you are experiencing extreme pain, please do not hesitate to call us, we can call same day for emergency appointments.

For those who are interested in knowing the exact amount your insurance will cover, we are more than happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate! Pre-treatment estimates require your address, as well as your insurance ID/the Subscriber's ID which may be your/the Subscriber's Social Security Number (SSN). Pre-treatment estimates typically take 2-4 weeks to process and be sent back to our office.

Are you an in-network provider with any insurance?

Unfortunately, we are out of network, however many of our patients who are also out of network are extremely happy with both the benefits and the high level of care they receive here. If you have a PPO insurance with benefits for out of network providers, you will have benefits at our office.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, and we do not accept any HMO insurances. However Medicare and Medicaid do sometimes offer PPO Dental insurance. The two most common plans are through Cigna and United Health Dual Complete.
