I just received my completed Bite Guard from Dr. Hu's practice and I am very pleased with the device and all the efforts put forth by Dr. Hu and staff to make sure the Bite Guard was comfortable. I have received one from another practice many years ago and never wore it very much as it was not comfortable. Dr Fay review I have visited Dr. Fay for my dental annual check up a couple times only because I do not live local here in Winter Park. Here I want to share my experience with her office’s services. For my every visit, even the front receptionist changed but I always feel the warm and welcoming when I step into the office, specially the new receptionist Rachael, she is so personally kind when she greeted me. I do also miss a lot of the retired front desk Rosemary - her big smile and thoughtful words simply light up my heart whenever I spoke to you or had a conversation with her. Everyone in the office has been always very helpful, polite and professional with great smiles. While I used to like the office setup because it is well organized, quite, clean and classic, my recent visit has made me like the office even more because of its new renovation which has added a few ounces of modern sensations. And I like the service that the new hygienist Michelle provided who worked with Ashley closely examining, noting down the characteristics of each of my teeth on my chart before cleaning them. Their attention to details and gentleness are outstanding to me because I do not remember I have experienced this in other dentist office before. We were moving from NY to Florida for the retirement, we start over of everything including finding a good dentist. We tried several dental services nearby, none to our satisfaction comparing to our NY dental service in terms of technical know-how and cost of each treatment, after half year searching with referral from friends, finally we found Fay Hu General Dentistry located in Winter Park, though the service facility is a little far from Mount Dora where we are living, it’s absolutely worth the trips in order to have Bridge Crown & post & Core build up, the retreatment of anterior is such an accurate that I don’t feel anything exotic as if the filling teethes were like original. Their comprehensive Dental Examination as well as general tooth cleaning is just wonderful. We feel lucky to have Fay Hu General Dentistry for our oral health which is associated with a form our body health in a long run.

I’ve been Dr Hu’s patient for at least 25 years. She’s wonderful not just as a dentist but in every way possible. Her staff is a reflection of who she is. My visits there are joyful...I know it’s dental work!! However, they all make you feel like family. Everyone is very professional, yet, kind, warm, loving and caring. Wish I could say the same about other medical offices I visit.

Dr. Hu is extremely knowledgeable and does EXCELLENT work. I had extractions, a root canal, deep cleanings and cosmetic work done. Her attention to detail and her concerns about my comfort was truly something that I appreciated. I love what she has done for my smile. Her staff is very talented, friendly and knowledgeable as well. To be able to not dread coming to the dentist has made ALL the difference for me. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Hu saved my teeth and my life. I was terrified of the dentist and was in danger of loosing all my teeth. On my first visit, we just sat in the office and talked. She put me at ease with her gentle demeanor and began to build trust. She and her team put all my fears to bed and began to work on my dental issues at my pace. Eventually, she fixed everything, my fears and my teeth. Words could never fully describe what Dr. Hu has done for me.Thank you Dr Hu for saving me.
